комплексы, образующиеся в результате специфического взаимодействия определенных нуклеотидных последовательностей ДНК с избранными специфическими белками. Примером таких комплексов могут служить нуклеосомы (см. нуклеосома) и связывание белков, регулирующих транскрипцию, со специфическими регуляторными областями генов.
